Lock
    Lock
You may want to prevent others from making changes to your computer. Like having a roommate or child install some program on your computer that will always start when Windows starts or changing your browser's home page, etc.
The Lock feature lets you set a password to prevent someone from easily making these changes. You won't be able to approve any changes in Desktop Armor without entering the password. It will also make you enter the password to change any of the settings or exit Desktop Armor, so they can't just close it or turn off the protections to make the changes.

The password window is smart. Often when installing a new program you'll get several alerts from Desktop Armor. But if you've entered a good password within the last 2 minutes, it won't make you enter it again for each alert.

Make sure you remember your password! There isn't a way to get it back or look it up if you forget. You'll need to uninstall Desktop Armor to clear it.

Note: A knowledgeable person would be able to get around these passwords using some more advanced Windows things to close and disable Desktop Armorperhero. But most people will be stopped.
